Best of Beauty 2013 Tag

I saw this tag floating around on YouTube which was perfecting timing since I was toying around with a favorites of 2013 post. But I didn't want to be all over the place with it. So helped me focus...to a point. I do have more than one answer for some. I mean come on, some times it's hard to have just one product for a category. These are not necessarily products that launched in 2013. It's a mix of stuff I bought in 2013, items that did launch in 2013 and stuff I just reached for a lot.

Let's get to it!!

Primer - Black Radiance Primer
I had thought that this primer was only good for me during the summer but I had used it a lot in December with Urban Decay's De-Slick. They are the perfect combo on my skin all year round. So I think it's safe to say that this is my holy grail primer. I picked up two more during the CVS sale when they were 50% off.

Foundation - Bare Minerals Matte Foundation
No surprises here but Bare Minerals Foundation in the matte version is hands down my favorite foundation. I use it everyday. The coverage is buidable to light/tinted moisturizer coverage to full coverage. There are other foundations that I kind of want to try, Then I'm like why bother when I have one is working for me just fine. If you've played along with me on my blog then you know I've stumbled across a liquid foundation at the drugstore. It popped up in my December favorites.

Concealer - Bare Minerals Stroke of Light
I know this more of an eye brightener but it is toted on providing light to medium coverage for the under eye area. I don't have major dark circles, so this perfect for me. Some other concealers I've used for the under eye I think were too heavy or I was too heavy handed with them. You can use a little or a lot of this and not have any issues with applying and blending the product. It's lightweight and blends nicely into skin. I've also used to to brighten other areas on my face. So it can be a 2 in 1 product. I think I'm on my second or third tube of this. It will always be in my stash. I do what to try their newer concealers in the pot.

Powder - Bare Mineral Bronzing Mineral Veil
I have several versions of Bare Mineral's Mineral Veil and I enjoy all of them. But THHHHEEEE one that is my hands down favorite in the Bronzing Mineral Veil. It's just bomb. It just is. I have the regular sized and a super sized that I got from QVC and I am still tempted to get another jar. It's not permanent to their line and I wish it was. For deeper complexions they always push the Tinted Mineral Veil. The Bronzing Mineral Veil in 10 times better in my opinion!

Bronzer - Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder in Deep Chocolate
Y'all already know how I feel about this bronzer. So there is no need for me to say anything else. I mean look at the huge pan in the center of the product! This gets used. No doubt about it.

Blush
  • MAC Raizin - finally got my hands on this through a MAC sale that was taking place on Beyond the Rack. This in THEEE blush that MAC artists mention for brown girls. I can see why. Ladies that use this blush absolute love it. I reached for this several times throughout the year and had to force myself to put it away each time since I have a crap ton of blushes. It is the perfect everyday blush no matter what eye look or lip color you have on. It's a matte blush described as golden reddish-brown. It is a matte blush.
  • NYX Desert Rose - I picked this one up in 2013 and it's the perfect pink blush for deeper skin tones. It's another blush that goes with just about any eye and lip combo. It's another product I had to force myself to put away. Y'all have seen my blush drawer :)

Highlighter - Bare Mineral Advanced  Bare Radiance
This is another product that I had to make myself put away. I'm not a big fan of highlighters. Some I feel require to much "effort". You have to be careful not to pick up too much product, blend it, blah, blah, blah. If you are someone who is "afraid" of highlighters or feel that they are too much effort then check out Bare Minerals Radiance powders. They are some my favorite products to use for highlighting. I picked up the Bare Minerals Advance Radiance from QVC. It is so pretty. It is described as a amber-nude sheen . I have also used this as an eye shadow and got a several compliments. For some skin tones, you may be able to use these as a blush. Radiance powders are multi-use products.

Brows - Iman Brow Pencil
Another product that should be no surprise. I found a seller on Amazon selling it with free shipping, so I ordered two more pencils. It's the perfect dark brown that doesn't run a warm brown or red.

Eyeshadow Palette - Urban Decay Smoked Palette

I gushed over this palette in my August Top 3 post. It's just the perfect palette to me. It's right up there with the original Naked palette. You can do a full look with this and not reach for any other shadows which is a big plus for me. It has neutral shades and pops of color.

And a quick honorable mention to the original Naked Palette. It's funny that I saw this palette in a a bunch of people's favorites videos for 2013 and it's not a "new" palette. It's just bomb and another product that I had to make myself put away. I'm undecided if I am going to pick up the other Naked palettes. Perhaps Naked 2 and maybe Naked Basics but I think I'll pass on 3 based on some of the comments I've heard. I may swatch it next time I'm in Ulta or Sephora.

Eyeliner
  • Pencil - Mally Evercolor Starlight Waterproof Liner in Espresso and Evercolor Ultimate Waterproof Eyeliner in Express-O-Lance
  • Gel - Bobbi Brown Gel Liner in Espresso
  • Liquid - LORAC Front of the Line Pro Liner in Black
As I've mentioned before dark brown liners are my happy place. They give you definition to an eye look without being too much like black can be. Mally and Bobbi Brown's liners were three that I reached for a lot. The LORAC liquid liner is so easy to use and goof proof for me.

Mascara
  • Lancome Definicils Precious Cells (not pictured) - this is my absolute favorite mascara. It's pricey but I still love it. It's a good every day, all occasion mascara. I love the wand and the formula. This'll be something that I purchase once a year since it is a pricier mascara and mascara is the one beauty product that doesn't keep for long.
  • Mally Volumizing Mascara - this is my second favorite. It's funny that a long time ago I didn't like this mascara and now it's a favorite. I love the formula which is a little drier than some. I love the wand and just what it does for my lashes. With various sets I order from QVC, I always have a tube on hand.
Lip Pencil - NYX Lip Liner in Expresso
Again this shouldn't be a shocker. I use this lip liner everyday.

Lipstick
  • MAC Riveting Rose - this is another product I got when I didn't know about stuff being limited edition. I keep checking on eBay to see if I can find one at a decent price. When it comes to lipstick shades, I like the deeper berry tones. This is described as  a rich red-berry with purple and plum frost.". I just love it and it wears well throughout the day. I went through my stash to see if I have something similar to this and I don't, which is shocking. I'm going to be bummed if I can't find another one or if Mac doesn't re-release it.
  • Wet n Wild Sugar Plum Fairy - another product that doesn't need explanation since I've talked about it so much. Another berry toned lipstick that I wear all year.
  • Milani Color Statement Lipsticks - yes I'm mentioning a whole line of lipsticks lol. These lipsticks are bomb.com. What makes them even more fantastic is that they are available at the drugstore. So you can catch them on sale, use reward coupons on them, catch other deals, etc. The color selection, formulation and staying power on the lips is awesome. I have 6 of these lipsticks and I still have a few more on my wish list. Pictured below are the first 3 that I purchased. If you are new to lipstick, want to play around with color or looking to try a new brand then check these out!

Lip Gloss
  • Buxom White Russian Lip Cream - these lip creams are newer to the Buxom line. I got my tube based of all the hype I heard about this gloss. It is well deserved hype. Times when I didn't know what to put on my lips I reached for this throughout the year. It's the perfect nude gloss for any skin tone.
  • Maybelline Color Sensational Lip glosses - I have gushed over these all year. They are fantastic glosses that are available at the drugstore. They have great pigmentation for a lip gloss. They are moisturizing and feel good on the lips. I have 13 of these glosses and of course I want more colors. Sick I know.

Beauty Subscription - QVC New Beauty Test Tube
I am not currently subscribed to this but I was earlier in 2013. I enjoyed it and may subscribe again. The QVC version of the New Beauty Test Tube includes products from brands at the Q. In some cases you receive full sized products and the sample sized products were generous amounts. You also get the New Beauty magazine. Through QVC you can do a single shipment or auto delivery. Auto delivery is a total of I think 4 shipments every 90 days.

Skincare - Serious Skincare Glycolic Cleanser
Skincare wasn't a part of the tag but I decided to throw it in. I tried this line late in the year but the products I've tried are awesome. If I had to pick one product that I've tried then it would hands down be the Glycolic Cleanser. I've been using this day and night and I feel that it has been a game changer for my skin.

Nail Polish - Essie Smokin Hot

Also nail polish wasn't part of the tag and I wasn't going to mention it but one polish that I really loved for 2013 popped into my head. I picked up Essie's Smokin Hot after seeing in a video on YouTube. It's purple gray shade and I love gray based polishes. Took this one with me on a work trip and wore it on my toes for the longest time.

And there you have it! Let's see what  2014 brings!

Princess Tag!! (Favorite Luxury Beauty Products)

Another tag. I love watching these on YouTube. Some of the items I'll mention may be more of mid-range vs high end. And of course there may be two products mentioned in a particular category. Also I was kind of lazy for this post when it came to pictures. Some items I've mentioned/shown before in previous posts and some you will see in about a week or so (hint hint).  Plus I've linked the products either to the brand's site or Sephora. They'll have better pics than what I could take. Also Google is your friend :) Here we go!

Share your all time favorite high-end products in each category (If you don't own a luxury item in every category talk about a product you are wanting to try & why you're attracted to it) ; D

- FOUNDATION
Bobbi Brown Natural Finish Foundation was my favorite foundation before Bare Minerals. I was HOT when I found out that it was being discontinued. I was going to purchase at least one more bottle before it went away but I waited too long.

- CONCEALER
Bare Minerals Stroke of Light isn't really a concealer. It's an eye brighter that does provide coverage. Well enough coverage for me. For the face I like Bobbi Brown Touch Up Stick that I have but cannot find which is odd and annoys me to no end! So I see a purchase in my future.

- POWDER
I gushed over Bare Mineral Bronzing Mineral Veil in yesterday's post which is more mid range in price. I also really like Bobbi Brown's Sheer Finish Loose Powder.

- BRONZER
My favorite Bronzer hands down is Bobbi Brown's Bronzing Powder. I purchase Deep Chocolate which she released some additional shades in a previous Fall collection. I didn't know at the time that this shade was limited edition. Had I known, I would have purchase a backup. I hit pan on it last year. The pan has gotten bigger but I still have a lot of product left. I use this every day!

- BLUSH
I have two for this one. Tarte's Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blushes are pricey but amazing!  I have eight of them and there at least two more shades that have caught my eye along with the holiday blush palette. I also have to mention Bobbi Brown's Blushes. Some of her newer shades have caught my eye. Blushes from both brands apply smoothly, are pigmented but not to the point that you'll look like a clown and aren't powdery.

- HIGHLIGHTER
I don't really have any "high end" highlighters. I have quite a few Radiance powders that can be used as highlighters from Bare Minerals. I consider those mid-range. On that is on my wish list is Laura Mercier's Spellbound. If I can get my hands on it. It's selling out pretty fast. Crytalis007 showed this in a video and I swear I gasped when I saw it.

- EYESHADOW
Oh gosh...lol. Ummm....I'm going to go with Bobbi Brown's eyeshadows. They are smooth, easy to blend and long lasting.

- EYELINER
If we're are talking pencil liners then my favorite is Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils. If we're talking gel liners then Bobbi Brown's gel liner are my stizzle. If we're talking liquid liners then LORAC's Front of the Line PRO liquid liner is my favorite.

- MASCARA
This is an easy one....Lancome's Definicils Precious Cells mascara. I love everything about this mascara (the brush, the formula, how my lashes look, how my lashes feel, how it removes easily...I could go on). I don't have a tube on hand and was debating on picking up another one. But I may have found a drugstore alternative. Stay tuned...

- LIP LINER
Smashbox's Nude Lip Liner in Dark. I've talked about this lip liner multiple times. Before I discovered the NYX lip liner in Expresso, this was my go to lip liner that I used every day.

- LIPSTICK
I don't really have a favorite high end lipstick that's a favorite. I do want to try YSL's Rouge Volupte lipsticks. I also want to try Bare Minerals Moxie lipsticks and Urban Decay's new Revolution lipsticks. I have heard good thing about all 3. Especially from Bare Minerals and Urban Decay.

- LIP GLOSS
At first I was like I don't have a favorite and then I remembered my Buxom lipglosses and lip creams! How could I forget about those??!! Duh! *head palm*

- BROW PRODUCT
I don't have any high end brow products. I do want to try Bare Minerals Brow pencil since they now are a dark shade. I like that it's a retractable pencil that you don't have to sharpen and the pencils part looks like it will be good for filling in and defining your brows vs a traditional pencil.

- MISC... (CANDLE, BATH GOODIE, TOOL ETC)
Philosophy Shower Gels. I love the gels that match back to their fragrances and the "fun" shower gels that range from fresh scents to fruit and food scents. My favorite of these kinds is Cinnamon Buns. My favorite of their fragrance shower gels is Amazing Grace.

- NAIL POLISH
Chanel's Black Pearl nail polish (link to Temptalia's blog post). It's unique shade that I haven't seen from any other brand be in high end or drugstore.

I ❤ Drugstore Makeup Tag!

Another post just sitting in my drafter folder.

I watched emilynoel83's video on this tag. If you follow her then you know she is a lover of drugstore makeup.  I think in 2011, I started paying more attention to makeup at the drugstore. Doesn't help that I have a CVS and Walgreens within walking distance of where I work. Ulta is close by too. So I decided to give this tag a go. Now keep in mind this a video tag, so bare with me trying to do this as a blog post. I didn't take pics of everything. So here's the tag!

1. What is your favorite drugstore makeup brand?

I'd have to say Wet n' Wild. I love a lot of the products in the Color Icon line. I have eyes, lip and cheeks products. Their eyeshadows are super pigmented, go on nicely and have nice staying power on me. I've picked up quite a few of their MegaLast lipsticks (black tubes picture above). Sugar Plum Fairy hands down is my favorite lipstick from the MegaLast line.  I have all 4 of the color icon blushes and 3 of their shimmer palettes. I also have some of their nail polishes

2. What are your favorite face, cheek and lip products?

  • Face - Maybelline's Fit Me Concealer. I don't have a lot of face products from the drugstore but this concealer is nice. I have this #30 Cafe. I use this as an undereye concealer.

  • Cheek - Wet n' Wild Color Icon Blushes . These are some great blushes. They only released 4. It would be nice if they did more colors. These are nicely pigmented, not chalky and brown girl friendly.

  • Lip - oh gosh this is HARD for me. Back when I originally started this post I probably would have said Revlon lipsticks or even their lipglosses which were my favorite from the drugstore. But now I'd have to say Maybelline Colorsensational Lipglosses. These are hands down my favorite lipglosses from the drugstore.  Can't you tell? I think there are 2 more that I have not shown in this picture.
3. Least favorite product?

Drugstore foundations. No brand in particular but in general. My dislike is mainly due the lack in color range at the drugstore. We all don't fit into 4 or 5 shades. And for women of color our choices are a lot less. So until drugstore brands realize this my foundation will always be "high end".

4. What is the best makeup bargain?

Hmmm...anything by Wet n' Wild. They have some miss products but you still can't go wrong with most of their products. Plus if you run into a sale at the drugstore or have coupons, it's damn near free makeup.

5. What is your favorite underdog product? (Something you love that often gets overlooked?)

Another hmm...I'll say my L'Oreal Hip Duo eyeshadows. These were some of my first eyeshadows from the drugstore and I love them. Like I've said before, I do simple eye looks and these are perfect for that since it pairs two colors together. Need to reach for these more often.

6. A drugstore product that is overpriced?

Anything by Physician's Formula. I've tried a few on their products and they're nice. Tried one of their mascaras that's a popular favorite (Get Up and Grow) and I wasn't a fan of it. Nothing overly special about their products. I lucked up and got them during different sales. What I had I've given away. I think I still have one lipgloss and a blush. It's not a brand that I gravitate to when I troll the beauty section at the drugstore.

7. Show your best drugstore dupe(s)!!

NYX Lip Liner in Expresso. I fell in love with Smashbox's Nude Lip Liner in Dark. I used to purchase a duo from QVC. Then I can't remember if it was a blog post or a YouTube video that had mentioned the NYX Liner. I went to pick it up from Ulta. I swatched it against Smashbox and was like hellooo dupe! I wear this liner with pretty much every lip product be it lipstick, gloss, or whatever. So it was nice to find a cheaper alternative.

8. Drugstore product that isn't worth the hype?

Maybelline Baby Lips!!!! I purchased 2 of these off of YouTube hype and I cannot stand them. They are not moisturizing enough for me. Give me Carmex any day!

And there you have it. You also got a little peak into my makeup stash which will be coming later in the month. Stay tuned...

Four or More Tag!

I saw this tag on Instagram. Nycmakeuplover has some of the items on her Instrgram and a link to her blog post. I thought it was kinda of cool. Basically you show all the beauty items in which you have four or more of from your collection.  So I pretty much started off the top of my head, knowing what it's in my stash for the most part and listed the items. Then I went through the drawers to see if I missed anything lol. Fair warning this post is kind of looonnng *embarrassed face* I should have broken it up but oh well. Ok so here we go!

L'Oreal Hip Duos - I love these shadows. I've mentioned before my eye looks on a day to day aren't elaborate with a bunch of different colors. So these duos are perfect for me. I reach for some more than others.

MAC eyeshadows - I have exactly 4 singles lol. As I've mentioned in previous posts, I have a love/hate relationship with MAC. So I don't have a lot in my stash compared to some people. I do have 2 quads as well from the Wonder Woman collection.

Smashbox eyeshadow quads - I have exactly 4 from a QVC TSV auto-delivery. Smashbox shadows are in my top 5.

Maybelline Color Tattoos - these need no explanation since I've mentioned them in favorites posts lol. I have all from the original line. And I'm only missing 2 from one of  the limited edition sets that I still want. May have to take to eBay for them because I wants them! -____-

MAC Lip glosses  - I have 2 Cremesheens and 11 lipglasses. I like what I have but they are not my favorite lip glosses overall. I do have some favorites out of what I have. They are Indigo Pink, All My Purple Life and Evolution Revolution.

MAC blushes - I didn't think I had at least 4 but I do lol. I do like MAC blushes and have my eye on Raizin since that is the "staple brown girl blush".

Smashbox Lipglosses - these were some of the first glosses I used when I got back into makeup. They feel good and have nice pigmentation.

Mally High Shine Lipsticks/Lip glosses - these are really nice. She as a set up on QVC for the holidays and I'm trying to be good and not purchase it *shifty eyes*

Mally Eyeliners - I have quite few. I had more but passed them on. They're just ok to me and not as "bullet proof as Mally clams. Well at least not on me.

NYC Liquid Lipshine Glosses - I have all of these glosses except for maybe 2. I don't have clear and I had one of the lighter pink ones but it was too frosty and didn't look good on me. I got them from Target for around $2. You can't beat the price. They are not sticky, excellent pigmentation and they feel good on. Nude York City is one of my favorite nudes be it drugstore or high end. The deeper shades are excellent as well.

Kissable Couture lip glosses - a friend of mine got me into these. They are nice glosses  Kind of on the expensive side. I was able to catch a sale here and there.

NYX Mega Shine Lip gloss - I have 4 of these. They are nice and have been tempted to pick up more but haven't since I have more than enough lip glosses and I have other that I like better.

NYX Jumbo Lip Pencils - got some in sets from Hautelook and my local beauty supply store. They're nice. Haven't reached for them a lot lately.

NYX Lip Liners - I have 4 and only use 2. I pretty much use a brown lip liner with all my lip looks. Smashbox nude lip liner in dark has been my go to. Found a NYX lip liner that was pretty much identical to it.

Milani Lip Mixer Lip glosses - I picked these up when CVS had their big Milani sale. These are great! They have nice shine and feel good on the lips. I liked them so much I extras where I was able to find them and enlisted my friend to help look when I couldn't find more lol. They still may be available online from sites like Cherry Culture. I haven't seen them in stores since that sale.

Squeezy tube glosses from Bath and Body Works - I got these during the holidays lol. I don't even know what they're called and don't really reach for them.

Revlon lipsticks - this includes ALL of Revlon lip stick brands lol. Revlon makes some of my FAVORITE lipsticks. I'm always finding a new color to pick up.

Revlon Lip Butters - I have several and love them. Very moisturizing and adds color to your lips. What's not to like?

Revlon Colorburst Lip glosses - these are nice glosses that work well on their own or over a lipstick.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains - these are awesome! I have 4 in the deeper shades. They go on smoothly and truly stain your lips. They are great for when you have a long day and don't have time to retouch your lips.

Wet n' Wild Lip Liners - I have 4 and don't use em -___-

Wet n' Wild Glassy Gloss - I have 4 from my wanderings at the drugstore lol. They're nice. They don't give off a lot of color.

Wet n' Wild Megalast lipsticks - you can't beat these lipsticks for $2. CVS has had a buy one, get one free on Wet n' Wild products over the last few months. So I've added to my stash *head palm* They're a lot of MAC dupes too. Awesome pigmentation and color selection.  Some are more moisturizing that others but that's not thing applying a lip balm before hand can't solve.

Wet n' Wild Color Icon blushes - there were only 4 and I have all 4. These are really nice blushes and you can't beat the price.

Wet n' Wild eyeshadows - I have quite a few trios, all 6 pan palettes, 8 pan palettes and a few single shadows. These are amazing shadows and not just for drugstore. You can't beat the price and the quality is awesome. It's a great way to build your eyeshadow collection or try colors you might not necessarily try and don't want to spend a lot of an eyeshadow or larger palettes.

NYX Roundtop Lipsticks - I got the majority of what I on through sets on Hautelook. Their nice but I haven't purchased any I want to say in the last year or so. I've been all over Revlon and Wet n' Wild.

NYX Jumbo Eye pencils - I got caught up in the "hype" of these. I really don't reach for them. I like the Maybelline Color Tattoos better. You can even use a good eyeliner as a color base. So I may pass these on.

Bare Minerals Big and Bright Eyeliners - these are good everyday liners and apply easily.

Bare Minerals Round the Clock Eyeliners - nice and smooth liners. They kind of remind me of Urban Decay's 24/7 liners.

Bare Minerals 100% Natural Lipglosses - another nice gloss that feels good on the lips and keeps them moisturized.

Bare Minerals Pretty Amazing Lip Colors - got most of them in a QVC TSV auto-delivery sets but I have purchased a few on their own. They take some getting used to. They are cross between a lipstick and a gloss. You can't throw these on and go. Well at least I can't.

Bare Minerals Ready eyeshadows - I have various 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0 palettes. I LOVE these shadows. I would be satisfied sticking to these shadows. They are that good an are my #1!

Bare Minerals Mineral Veil - this comes in a lot of their sets and soooo I have a lot of mineral veil. I like it so that's a plus.

Bare Mineral loose eyeshadows - These are some of my favorites as well and I have quite a few. I highly doubt I'll ever use one up lol. My absolute favorite loose shadow is Drama. It's my go to when I do know what to do or can't be bothered doing anything.

Bare Minerals loose blushes - these blushes are gorgeous! They go on smoothly, easy to blend and the color is buildable. These are in my top 3 for blushes.

Bare Minerals Moxie lip glosses - these are kind of similar to the Buxom glosses so of course I love them.

Buxom Lipglosses - These are my favorites lip glosses hands down. They tingle when applied but that doesn't bother me. They keep my lips moisturized all day and I love em!

Bobbi Brown eyeshadows - I have several palettes and individual shadows that I put in her ready made empty palettes. Her eyeshadows are in my top 5.

Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliners - goes on smoothly and lasts all day. What's not to love?

Bobbi Brown Blushes - similar to the Bare Minerals blushes in application, pigmentation and in my top 3.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushes - these are my #1. They last all day on and the color payoff on these is amazing.

La Femme blushes (center) - got em off of YouTube buzz. I do like them and debating on getting more. Like I need more blushes! *insert side eye*

Mary Kay Blushes (left) - I have 4 of these blushes. They are nice. Doubt I would get anymore since I have more than enough blushes right how. They are inexpensive too.

Mary Kay Mineral Eyeshadows (right) - nice shadows. I use them and like them when I do. But I don't go crazy over them. They are also inexpensive. The color range has your basic shades.

Mark Kay lipsticks - didn't think I had 4. Who knew lol. They are nice lipsticks that are not that expensive. I have deeper shades in these lipsticks.

Urban Decay Cream Shadows - I think I got these during some sale and don't really use them #kanyeshrug

Urban 24/7 eyeliners - didn't think I had 4. I have 2 full size ones and some mini ones. These are great eyeliners and should have picked up their 15th anniversary set last year *stomps foot*

Urban Decay Single Shadows - Got these when they were $6 on their site. The UD shadows I have are their palettes.

Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes - I LOVE their palettes. UD is in my top 5 for eyeshadows. I have the original Naked Palette, the Roller Girl palette, the Feminine palette, The Black palette and the Show Pony Palette.

Covergirl eyeshadows - Most of these I got during a sale at CVS. The drugstore strikes again lol! I will say that Brown Smolder is my favorite dark brown eyeshadow and  I use it almost everyday. It's a good substitute if you don't want to use black to define a look.

Maybelline eyeshadow quads - I have 3 of the Stylish Smokes quads and Chai Latte. These are some really nice eyeshadows with nice pigmentation and easy to blend.

Phew!!!! I think that's everything. Even I missed something what I listed is enough!!!!! This was fun to do and eye opening *shifty eyes*. It was interesting to see what I had more of and remembering "why" I had them. I potentially see some more items to pull from my stash. The other day I started a spreadsheet in attempt to inventory my makeup collection.

If you read up to this point, you deserve a gold star! :D
